The slots package is built for players who plan several deposits. The first step carries the biggest match (200%) but the smallest cap (€500); the largest cap, €3,000, sits on the fourth step with a 100% match. Wagering alternates between 10x and 5x. The cards do not state the minimum deposit, the claim window or whether wagering counts the bonus only or deposit plus bonus, so read the step's terms when you claim it.

To reach the first cap, a 200% match needs a €250 deposit (€250 × 200% = €500). Smaller deposits get the same percentage on a smaller amount. Country and payment-method restrictions for individual steps are not published; the general country restrictions of the terms apply to every bonus.

The sports package replaces the slots package: you take one or the other. All three steps carry 5x wagering, the lowest rate on the site, but the bonus can only be used in the sportsbook. Every single bet placed with bonus money needs decimal odds of at least 1.80; the terms count a lower-odds bet as a breach, which can cost you the winnings.

Reloads run on fixed days. The casino package covers four days and the sports package two. The multipliers are well above those of the welcome steps, so weigh each one against its cap before you claim: a Wednesday reload at 20x is easier to finish than the large Sunday reload at 25x.

None of the four current packages includes free spins: every step is a percentage match on a deposit. We found no free-spin offer on the home page or in Promotions on 29 October 2026, and no free spins on registration.

Two rules still apply to free-spin play. First, while any bonus is active, the terms forbid buying or activating in-game bonus features and free-spin rounds, so "bonus buy" slots are off limits until wagering is complete. Second, the general terms describe a cap for non-deposit offers: if the casino ever gives a no-deposit bonus, winnings that can be converted are limited to 10 times the bonus, and you must make a successful deposit before withdrawing them.

If you like slots with built-in free-spin rounds, the lobby has an In-game bonuses collection. Those rounds are part of the game itself, not a casino promotion, and they can be played normally with your cash balance.

No promo code is shown on any MadCasino offer card, and none is needed for the current packages. You pick a package in the sign-up form or press Claim on a step in Promotions. Treat third-party sites that advertise "exclusive" MadCasino codes or no-deposit spins with caution: such offers do not appear on the casino's own pages, and old copies of the terms with different wagering (for example 30x or a €2 maximum bet) are outdated. The home page banner shows "Cashback 20%" with the note "Cashback only valid for VIP-customers". The basis (net losses or stakes), payment period, cap, wagering and whether cashback is paid as cash or bonus are not published, and the VIP criteria are not public either. Treat the 20% as a VIP perk, not as a guaranteed return for regular players.

4. Deposit with a method in your own name; the bonus is added according to the step's match and cap.
5. Play eligible games only, keep every bet at €10 or less and finish wagering before requesting a withdrawal.

These rules come from section 7 of the MadCasino terms and apply to all packages unless a specific offer says otherwise.

• One bonus at a time. Only one bonus can be active on an account, and it must be activated before use.
• Bonus balance. Deposit and bonus are credited to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. Cancel before your first bet and the deposit returns to the cash balance.
• Maximum bet €10. A bigger bet with an active bonus is a breach and voids the related winnings.
• Conversion caps. Winnings from a deposit bonus can be converted up to 25x the bonus; sports bonuses up to 10x; non-deposit bonuses up to 10x after a successful deposit.
• Excluded games. Titles on the long list in section 7.6 (including Immortal Romance, Aviator, Plinko, Mines and Chicken Road), all live casino games and sports bets do not count towards casino bonuses.
• Separate verticals. Sports bonuses work only in sports, live bonuses only in live casino.
• Sports odds. Single bets with a sports bonus need odds of 1.80 or more.
• No feature buys. Buying in-game bonuses or free-spin features with an active bonus is prohibited.
• Unused bonuses. The operator may cancel a bonus left unused for one month.
• Abuse. Multiple accounts, VPN use and other bonus abuse can lead to forfeited winnings and account closure.
