MadCasino Payments and Withdrawals Guide

The hero banner on the home page shows Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Bitcoin; the footer adds American Express, Giropay, Sofort and crypto icons. The FAQ adds e-wallets and bank transfers. The cashier you see after logging in depends on your country and account currency, so not every method will be offered to every player.

1. Log in and open the cashier from your account menu.
2. Choose a method shown for your country; the minimum deposit for each method is displayed on the Deposit page.
3. If you want a bonus, claim the step in Promotions before paying; otherwise make sure no bonus is active.
4. Enter the amount and confirm the payment in your bank, card or wallet app.
5. For crypto, copy the wallet address shown at that moment and send the exact coin and network displayed.

Most deposits arrive instantly or within a few minutes, according to the FAQ. MadCasino does not charge deposit fees, but your bank, card issuer or crypto network may. Use only payment methods in your own name (see the account rules below): the terms let the casino void a deposit made with a prohibited method along with anything won from it.

The €100,000 daily winnings cap and the €1,000 daily withdrawal limit are two different rules: you can win more in a day than you can withdraw, and larger balances are paid out over several days within the €10,000 monthly limit.

1. Finish or cancel any active bonus: bonus money and its winnings cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
2. Check that your total bets are at least equal to your last deposit.
3. Upload your KYC documents if you have not done so yet; verification is compulsory for any withdrawal.
4. Open the cashier, choose the withdrawal method and enter an amount between €100 and €1,000.
5. Wait for processing (usually up to three banking days) and avoid cancelling and re-submitting the request.

Withdrawals normally go back to the source of your deposit. Under the AML rules, a different payout method needs supporting documents, and payouts to third-party accounts are not made. A cancelled withdrawal returns the money to your balance.

Full KYC is compulsory when you request any withdrawal, when your lifetime deposits exceed €2,000, or when a transaction looks suspicious. MadCasino uses three levels of checks (simplified, standard and enhanced due diligence), depending on risk and transaction size.

KYC reviews are typically completed within 48 hours after all documents are submitted. If verification fails, the reason is recorded and a support ticket is opened with an explanation. Leaving AML questions unanswered for 30 days can lead to account closure.

• Own accounts only. Cards, wallets and bank accounts must be in your name; company and third-party payments are prohibited.
• No chargebacks. Reversing a deposit through your bank breaches the terms and can close the account.
• Crypto addresses change. Always use the address shown at the time of deposit; funds sent to old addresses may be lost.
• No VPN. Masking your location is prohibited; the operator can block the account and hold the balance.
• Errors are corrected. Money credited by mistake must be reported and will be deducted.
• Currency. Winnings are paid in the currency in which bets were placed.

Played money is not refunded. The refund policy allows a review only for an unused deposit made in error, a duplicate transaction, or an unauthorised transaction reported in time. Send the request to support@madcasino.io within 24 hours of the transaction with your name, registered email, date, transaction ID and payment method. Investigation can take up to seven business days; approved refunds go back to the original method.
